A wholly foreign funded enterprise established in 1994, our company is located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, and with registered capital worth USD13,000,000, has factory and office buildings covering an area of 8.67 hectares.

Having ceaselessly expanded over the past decade, we are now comprised of three companies - Jinjiang Xingtai Non-Woven Fabric Co., Ltd., Jinjiang Nanguang Cotton Goods Co., Ltd. and Jinjiang Xingtai Cotton Garment Co., Ltd. Main products currently include spun-bonded non-woven fabric, spun-laced non-woven fabric, three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staples, and non-woven bags.

Our 15,000 square meter production facility is equipped with 2 spun-laced non-woven fabric lines, 4 spun-bonded non-woven lines, 2 three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staple lines and 2 non-woven bag lines. Using these sophisticated production apparatus, we are outputting 12,000 tons of spun-bonded polypropylene filament non-woven fabric, 4,000 tons of spun-laced non-woven fabric, 12,000 tons of hollow polyester staples and 550 tons of non-woven bags annually.

Capable of producing spun-bonded non-woven fabrics of various specifications and colors, weights vary between 10 and 260g/m2, with widths up to 3.3m. These materials have various applications, being widely used in the production of garments, footwear, caps, travel goods, bedding, sofa upholstery, medical supplies and waterproof products.

Meanwhile, we are also manufacturing spun-laced non-woven fabrics of 40 to 200g/m2 weight and 80 to 200mm widths. Suitable for industrial and agricultural usage, this material is also used as the base fabric for artificial leather, and in electronic and electrical products.

Our silicon-bearing and silicon-free three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staples are sized from 3.33 to 22.22DTEX, with lengths including 32mm, 51mm, 64mm, 75mm and 102mm. Suitable for production of non-woven fabric and for use as fillers, these staples are applied in artificial leather and fur, carpet, indoor decorative goods, needled and spun-laced non-woven fabrics, toys, sofas, garments, quilts and pillow cores.

We manufacture non-woven bags with prompt delivery for many kinds. Shopping bags, promotional bags, such as garment bags are available.
